Co-Owner/Head Coach, CF Level 2, CF Endurance

Originally from Carmel, New York, Drew spent the majority of his adolescence in the Grapevine/Euless area. He graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School in 2000 and enlisted in the USAF in February of 2002. He married April in August of the same year and they now have two beautiful daughters together. He has been employed as a Firefighter/Paramedic in the DFW area since 2006.

A beach bum at heart, April is a south Texas girl from Corpus Christi. She moved to the DFW area after high school where she met Drew. April's laid back attitude and ability to live life to the fullest proved beneficial when Drew dragged her to Delaware during his enlistment. They eventually settled back in Texas in 2006. April is an amazing mother, wife, friend, and is passionate about CrossFit and the community surrounding the sport.

A: "Badger" (3 rounds for time of 30 squat cleans w/ 65#, 30 pull ups, and 800m run)

Coach, CF Level 1

Cody is originally from Nebraska and therefore naturally a huge Cornhuskers fan. As a self-proclaimed "meat-head," Cody comes from a background in wrestling and traditional weightlifting/bodybuilding. Cody got his start in CrossFit when his then girlfriend, now wife, dragged him to try a workout. Despite his admitted initial reservations, he's been hooked ever since.

Fun Fact: Cody and Britney adopted a dog and named it "Bodhi" after the lead character in one of Cody's favorite movies, Point Break.

Coach, CF-L1

Originally from Cooper, Tx, Brandon left the small Northeast Texas town to attended Abilene Christian University where he found his wonderful wife, Ashley. Sports and athletics have always played a large part in Brandon’s life, he played multiple sports in high school and went on to play collegiate baseball during his time at ACU. Brandon and Ashley have been in the metroplex since 2002, have 3 amazing kids (Savannah , Spencer and Slade)and currently reside in Bedford. When not at the box or with his family Brandon works as a healthcare recruiter in Coppell. Brandon has a passion for seeing those around him succeed inside and outside of the box.

Coach, CF-L1

Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, Zach enjoyed his early years as a "military brat". Later, his family moved to Northeast Louisiana/East Texas area where he would grow up hunting, fishing, rock climbing, hiking and enjoying the outdoors. In a small East Texas high school, Zach participated in basketball, baseball, golf, tennis and track & field, and eventually he moved on to compete in the Junior Olympics in high jump. While attended college at Stephen F. Austin State University Zach was involved in a car wreck that led to chronic back issues. Zach eventually found CrossFit and started utilizing the training methodology to overcome his injury. His goal was to build his core and lumbar support to overcome his set back. After graduation, Zach moved to Dallas for work and joined the Crossfit Gallant family. Day in and day out, Zach continues his progress and love for Crossfit and is more than willing to share these methodologies that have allowed him to live his life to the fullest!
