Zach Mills

Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, Zach enjoyed his early years as a "military brat". Later, his family moved to Northeast Louisiana/East Texas area where he would grow up hunting, fishing, rock climbing, hiking and enjoying the outdoors. In a small East Texas high school, Zach participated in basketball, baseball, golf, tennis and track & field, and eventually he moved on to compete in the Junior Olympics in high jump. While attended college at Stephen F. Austin State University Zach was involved in a car wreck that led to chronic back issues. Zach eventually found CrossFit and started utilizing the training methodology to overcome his injury. His goal was to build his core and lumbar support to overcome his set back. After graduation, Zach moved to Dallas for work and joined the Crossfit Gallant family. Day in and day out, Zach continues his progress and love for Crossfit and is more than willing to share these methodologies that have allowed him to live his life to the fullest!
