Originally from Carmel, New York, Drew spent the majority of his adolescence in the Grapevine/Euless area. He graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School in 2000 and enlisted in the USAF in February of 2002. He married April in August of the same year and they now have two beautiful daughters together. He has been employed as a Firefighter/Paramedic in the DFW area since 2006.

A beach bum at heart, April is a south Texas girl from Corpus Christi. She moved to the DFW area after high school where she met Drew. April's laid back attitude and ability to live life to the fullest proved beneficial when Drew dragged her to Delaware during his enlistment. They eventually settled back in Texas in 2006. April is an amazing mother, wife, friend, and is passionate about CrossFit and the community surrounding the sport.

Born and raised in Ohio, Jes met Her husband- Doug in 1997 and his career moved them 6 times in their first ten years. They settled in Texas in 2007 with their three children and have called it home ever since.

Jes grew up playing sports and always had a love for fitness. With three small children at home, she decided to start a boot camp in her driveway. This began her love for teaching fitness to others. In 2014, she attended her first CrossFit class and hasn’t looked back since!

She has worked with all ages and group sizes. She has experience with boot camps, personal training, athlete strength and conditioning and CrossFit. She has a passion for teaching proper movement mechanics to ensure that her athletes stay healthy and injury free.

Originally from Cooper, Tx, Brandon left the small Northeast Texas town to attended Abilene Christian University where he found his wonderful wife, Ashley. Sports and athletics have always played a large part in Brandon’s life, he played multiple sports in high school and went on to play collegiate baseball during his time at ACU. Brandon and Ashley have been in the metroplex since 2002, have 3 amazing kids (Savannah , Spencer and Slade)and currently reside in Bedford. When not at the box or with his family Brandon works as a healthcare recruiter in Coppell. Brandon has a passion for seeing those around him succeed inside and outside of the box.

Born and raised in the DFW metroplex, Scott attended Richland High School and graduated from Texas A&M University. He now lives in Grapevine and is married to his high school sweet heart, Katie. They are the proud parents of two children, Easton and Ava. Outside of the box, Scott enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his family. Scott joined CrossFit Gallant in 2014. He was searching for a program that provided strength building beyond his typical weightlifting routine at the gym. He gave CrossFit a try, and has never looked back! He loves CrossFit for its variety of workouts, its new and constant challenges, and the community it provides for people looking to improve their overall fitness and health.

Coach, CF-L2

Born and raised in HEB, Brandon spent his childhood and teens playing hockey where he was able to travel the States as well as internationally representing the USA. He graduated from Bell HS, then enlisted in the Marine Corps where he served for 8 years. Brandon started CrossFit in 2012 with his friends and ultimately it led him to meet his future wife, Jackie. Now married, the two have a son. Brandon became a Bedford Police Officer in 2017 and joined the Gallant family in 2018. He loves spending time with his family, staying active and shooting. He also has two bulldogs, Fran and Grace, named after CrossFit Benchmark WODs.

Jesse grew up in Burleson, Tx where he played several sports as a child. He eventually accepted scholarships to play football at Kilgore College and Texas Tech University. He met his wife, Chelsea in a Biomechanics course while attending TTU. After college, he attended Rookie Training Camp with the Dallas Cowboys as a long snapper before becoming an Athletic Performance coach for high school/collegiate athletes. Jesse holds a CSCS certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He and his wife Chelsea have one daughter, Savannah, and a dog named Scout. They enjoy traveling, reading, live music, cooking and being outdoors.
