What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a lifestyle. It is a strength and conditioning program that can be utilized by individuals of all skill levels and abilities. CrossFit training produces a level of fitness that is unparalled. We achieve this by utilizing a program that is by design broad, general, and inclusive. We take pride in providing constantly varied stimulus, without being random. Our specialty is not specializing. The competition and community that arises surrounding our programming is a natural bi product and essential to the sustainability over a lifetime.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. In our opinion, the needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.

Don't I have to be in great shape to start?

No! CrossFit workouts are scaleable to all skill levels. The entire concept of CrossFit is to help you get better within your own thresholds. We then take that baseline and help you get comfortable being uncomfortable to push you passed your perceived limits. In addition, we offer a beginner Foundations Program that teaches you the philosophy, movements, and standards within our sport.

Isn't it dangerous?

Safety is our number one concern. The CrossFit Gallant Coaches believe in form first and then intensity and loading. We are here to instruct, observe, and keep you safe. Additionally, a large portion of the responsibility falls on you, the individual athlete. Listen to your body, never sacrifice form for speed, and don't let your ego get in the way.

I've heard it's really expensive?

CrossFit is more expensive than your typical globo-gym, but less expensive than personal training. Membership options are available as low as $125/month. Click here to read more about our membership plans.

How do I start?

New to CrossFit

We require you complete our Foundations Program. Call or email us for details.

***If you are not ready commit to the beginner program, we encourage you to see what we are about at one of our free Saturday 9am workouts. We ask that you please contact us ahead of time if you plan on attending.

Already a CrossFitter

If you are local and looking for a new box? Let us know when you want to come in and your first class is on us, no charge.

Dropping in from out of town? Please call or email before coming in, 24 hours notice is preferred. Single class rates are $20/class and weekly passes are available for $45/week.
