COACH
I started CrossFit in 2012 and like many others got addicted to the methodology, to the community and to the physical and mental changes I have seen on myself. I complete my L1 CrossFit Trainer certificate in 2015 and the L2 In 2019. Most of all I love following athletes from when they show up on their first class not yet realizing their potential and then helping achieve greatness.

Ryan discovered and became instantly obsessed with Crossfit a couple years later. Looking for warm weather and new experience, Ryan moved to Texas in 2018. Ryan likes to spend his free time at the golf course, gym, hockey rink, and especially with his girlfriend Danielle. Brittney was born and raised in Northern Arizona. She grew up an athlete and participated in competitive soccer, track and field and gymnastics. After work one day in 2013, she took her first CrossFit class and was immediately hooked. Over the next few years her experience and passion for fitness would allow her to coach CrossFit Gymnastics and to create CrossFit mobility programing and clinics implemented in multiple gyms in the Phoenix area for athletes and pain management. She continued to coach and train throughout her pregnancy in 2015. After moving to Texas in 2018 she decided to leave her corporate finance job behind and focus more on her passions which include coaching CrossFit and personal training. She is extremely thankful to CrossFit for being an outlet in life as well as a way to express her fitness and help others feel powerful. When Britt isn’t in the gym, she is spending time with her amazing little girl, Lily (most likely eating).

As a child Kate moved around a lot and, according to her, is not truly “from” anywhere. However, Kate has called Texas home since moving to Corpus Christi in 2006. Growing up she was active and “dipped her toe” in just about every sport. In 2015, Kate enlisted in the Air Force Reserve as a medic and still serves today. Her passion for competition, fitness, overall health, and team camaraderie led her to CrossFit in 2017. Later, she graduated from Texas Tech, and began her dream job as an ICU nurse in Downtown Dallas. It just happened to be in the middle of a pandemic. She accredits CrossFit for getting her through some really rough times early in her career, staying healthy, and considers the CrossFit community her second family. Kate is energetic, genuine, and has a true servant’s heart. Her love for fitness and for people allow her to find true joy in helping others reach their goals.
