CrossFit is unlike other training programs you may have done, we combine elements of gymnastics, power lifting, olympic lifiting, aerobic and anaerobic training. We want to make sure we get you started safely. Select one of the options below.

Join our next Group Foundations class for only $100, a $225 value.

What you need to know.

  • NO prerequisites, anyone can join! No experience needed.
  • 6 classes total (3/wk). Mon, Tues, Thurs each week starting Sept 16th
  • Classes are at 7:30pm and last roughly an hour
  • You must attend ALL 6 classes before attending regular group class times
  • After completing the beginner classes you will be able to enroll in unlimited group classes for the remainder of your first month of membership

Come in for a 30 min no pressure consult. This time is spent learning a little about you and addressing any questions or concerns you might have. We will set some realistic goals and discuss how we can help you achieve them.

Every Saturday at 9am we offer a free class, no experience needed. This class is a little more laid back and a great opportunity to come in and get a glimpse of what we do.

When attending a trial class during the week. we need a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can staff an extra coach for you. We do this to ensure a safe and fun first experience.

Can't attend the Group Foundations class , but ready to Join?

Your first month of membership cost $225 and includes 3 private sessions to get you acclimated. You will learn the basic movements and some of the jargon specific to our sport. During these sessions we will be learning your capacity, restrictions, and goals. In this way we can set realistic expectations and safely transition you into regular group classes. Once you complete all 3 sessions you are eligible to attend unlimited sessions for the remainder of your first month. Click below to get started.
