Why CrossFit Works

CrossFit training concentrates on increasing your fitness capacity over broad time and modal domains. Simply put, we help you get better at everything. We accomplish this through programming that is constantly varied without being random. Each day we utilize a unique combination of weight lifting, aerobic and anaerobic cardio, and gymnastics. By focusing primarily on functional, compound movements, you will yield more results in less time.

CrossFit is for everyone. We train athletes of all ages and abilities. Our athletes range from the novice to the elite, and from teens to retirees, CrossFit is always scalable, meaning we can cater the work of the day to your fitness level. It's because of this scalability that CrossFit is effective for everybody.

How we started...

CrossFit Gallant is the next chapter in the journey for a husband and wife working toward overall fitness and a better way of living. Drew and April have a dream to share their positive experiences and knowledge with others working toward similar goals.

Drew and April's goal is to develop a community of positive people striving to make a real change. Thanks to amazing support from wonderful friends, family, and community their dream is becoming a reality.
