They are always have an amazing attitude to help you stay engaged. The gym is clean, accessible, and provides plenty of equipment. The owners are incredibly nice, down-to-earth, and extremely knowledgeable. “I have been doing CrossFit since 2011 at several gyms across several cities. To say that CrossFit Gallant is exceptional is an understatement. It is one of the best gyms I have been to. This gym has exceptional equipment, great programming, and over the top coaches that truly do care about their members. I am a father of 2 young children, both of which have been visiting CF Gallant since I started there. The coaches literally will go out of their way to allow their members to finish their workout by helping push/rock/talk to our children. It is something I have never seen at any other gym and it is the reason I love this place. They also drive their members to succeed and push them to reach their goals. The programming and diet programming available to the members helps everyone reach their goals and can be adjusted to meet your needs. I’m telling you, this gym is where it’s at and you won’t be disappointed.”

“I started working out at CrossFit Gallant two months ago, and it’s been a GREAT experience. The coaches are attentive and know their stuff (with attention to form and safety), and the workouts have scaled options for folks like me who need to make accommodations for age, injuries, and years of neglect. The flexible scheduling allows me to get in my workouts every week, no matter what I have to do for work, and the variety keeps it interesting–and challenging. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging without being over the top, and there’s a nice family vibe, too. Best decision I made to get in gear for 2022!”

RACHEL

COACH

I started CrossFit in 2012 and like many others got addicted to the methodology, to the community and to the physical and mental changes I have seen on myself. I complete my L1 CrossFit Trainer certificate in 2015 and the L2 In 2019. Most of all I love following athletes from when they show up on their first class not yet realizing their potential and then helping achieve greatness.
